Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at jernej.erzen5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
